This property will be offered at auction the afternoon of Friday September 19th. at 3pm. This property will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction. All buyers are encouraged to make any and all property inspections prior to the day of auction. The property will be sold with a 10% buyers premium in addition to the final accepted bid amount. The successful buyer will be expected to close the transaction approximately 30 days from the date of the auction. The successful buyer will be required to provide a 5,000 dollar non-refundable deposit the day of auction. The balance of the contract which will include the accepted bid amount and the buyers premium will be due at closing.
