About Dalicia

Northwest Arkansas has been home since attending the University of Arkansas in 1994. After graduating from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry, I returned to Fayetteville, where I spent 15 years practicing dental hygiene while raising my three children. During that time, I also worked as a home decorator and staged homes for sellers, which naturally led to a passion for real estate. Today, I help clients buy and sell homes across Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville, with experience in both residential and commercial real estate. As a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Certified Specialist, I work with everyone from first-time buyers to luxury clients, focusing on clear communication and making the process as smooth as possible. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, attending shows at the Walton Arts Center, and getting outdoors around Beaver Lake. I also stay involved in the community through organizations like the Humane Society of the Ozarks and Dress for Success.
