About Phil

As a native Arkansan from Fort Smith, a U.S. Air Force veteran, and a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, I bring a strong foundation of service, integrity, and real-world experience to every client relationship. My wife, Valerie, and I have been married for 42 years, and our life has taken us from Oklahoma City to 11 years overseas in Thailand, South Africa, and Kenya as missionaries before returning home to Northwest Arkansas in 2020. I was raised in a family of carpenters and learned the value of hard work early, then built a career in air traffic control with both the Air Force and the FAA before moving into information technology leadership. That background gives me a practical eye for homes, strong problem-solving skills, and a calm, dependable approach throughout the buying and selling process. Having also worked at Fayetteville Drake Field, I developed deep familiarity with Northwest Arkansas and its people long before returning to the area. Today, I am proud to help buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with honesty, local insight, and a genuine commitment to serving others.
