My Name is Nancy Hatcher, and I am proud to call NW Arkansas my home after being born in Wisconsin and growing up in Southern California. For the past 35 years, my husband, Scott and I have lived in a beautiful restored Circa 1900 Queen Ann Cottage, just 4 blocks from the vibrant Bentonville Square. Scott's family has deep roots in this area, dating back to the late 1880's, giving me a unique sense of belonging and connection to this wonderful community. Over my 36 years in the real estate field, I have gained extensive experience in both management and sales. In addition to my real estate career, I have a passion for gardening, decorating and junking, and I absolutely adore animals -- especially dogs! Currently, I share my life with two rescue dogs, Thelma, a spirited 5-year-old Anatolian Shepherd, and Otis, a lovable 6-1/2-year-old Yellow Lab.
