About Kellie

My name is Kellie Naylor and I've been a licensed REALTOR® since January 2005 and have been a licensed Broker since 2015. During my real estate career, I've been blessed to help hundreds of families buy and sell homes, acreages, condos, and investment and commercial properties. I was born and raised in Nebraska but chose to relocate to Northwest Arkansas after seeing what all this area has to offer. I am so incredibly happy to live in such a thriving, exciting area of the United States. Furthering my education is very important to me that's the reason why I've earned the CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist), CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and E-Pro (Electronics Professional) designations. In addition to my knowledge of the real estate market, my clients appreciate my straightforward and honest approach and advanced negotiation skills. If I'm not out showing property or hosting an open house, you might find me at a dog park with my two pups or out riding the beautiful roads in NWA. I love volunteering for Ladies of Harley, Find A Grave, and other local charities like the Children’s Shelter. I have past volunteering experience with Habitat for Humanity as Vice President of the Council Bluffs, IA Chapter, Special Olympics, and the Boy Scouts of America where I served as Unit Commissioner and District Trainer for the Mid America Council. I also like spending time with my family and friends and traveling. Getting to meet so many wonderful people and creating lifelong relationships are one of the many reasons I love being a real estate agent.
