As a Northwest Arkansas native with over 40 years of service in the U.S. Navy—both on active duty and as a civilian—Jim McDonner brings a strong sense of discipline, integrity, and commitment to every client he serves. His military and government career allowed him to travel the world and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, honing his communication skills and deepening his understanding of people’s unique needs. Having experienced numerous relocations himself—including several cross-country moves—Jim knows firsthand how stressful the selling and moving process can be. That’s why he’s made it his mission to guide others through it with empathy, expertise, and a steady hand. Jim’s passion for helping others extends far beyond real estate. He volunteers as an IRS-certified income tax assistant (VITA), leads free personal finance workshops, and serves as a financial coach—empowering individuals and families through some of life’s most financially complex moments. These experiences give him a unique, solution-focused perspective that he brings to every real estate transaction.
