About Donna

My career in Real Estate serving NWA began in October 1993 just after moving here from Washington State’s Puget Sound Region. I started part time and weekends for a developer building spec homes in Bella Vista and buying lot packages on the courthouse steps to clean up and sell, all the while working as a nurse at the newly built Hidden Springs Clinic. It was busy and fun and a great way to get to know the area and meet new friends. Soon in 1997 I became a full time agent helping families buy their first homes and Relocation for companies. In 2005 my business morphed into large scale development which was a huge learning curve and I loved every minute of it. The biggest enjoyment is and always has been the family. This past year 2020 I hit a milestone by helping a young woman just out of college to buy a home of her own. When I first met her she was 3 and her parents were coming here to work for one of the larger vendors. I am married to Larry Sansbury and we have 2 sons, 1 granddaughter and 1 Chihuahua. I enjoy Archeology, horses, travel, gardening and most of all people.
