About Channing

Hi, I'm Channing! Northwest Arkansas is more than just where I live—it’s who I am. I was born and raised in Madison County and more specifically Huntsville. I spent my summers in Newton County with my grandparents. As an avid outdoorsman, I love everything the Ozarks have to offer—hunting, fishing, floating, and off-roading. When I’m not outdoors, you’ll find me cheering on the Razorbacks in football, basketball, or baseball. Win or lose, I’ll always be calling the Hogs! I’m excited about the way NWA is growing. From new roads and easier commutes to the expanding reach of the University of Arkansas, Walmart Campus, and the Pinnacle area. It’s an incredible time to live in NWA. After 10 years in the Information Technology field, I realized that as a true people person, I needed a change. Real estate has always been something I’ve been passionate about. Helping others through the buying and selling process felt like the perfect fit.
