Deed Restrictions to be recorded will be: 1) There shall be no more than two dwellings per parcel with one meeting the 2,200 square feet minimum and the second dwelling (a mother-in-law suite or pool house) not to exceed 1,200 square feet. If two dwellings are built, the exterior of each dwelling shall match and both shall be subject to the restrictive covenants as both previously established and amended herein. 2.
