Home has an open layout with larger than expected kitchen. The owner's suite is privately set on one side of the home and the guest bedrooms are on the other. Also, a highlight is the real laundry room with space for baskets or shelving. Not waterfront but it sure seems like it with views from across Johnsons to Dusk Lake (small but pretty). Public access to Dawn Lake is just down the road.Per the owners, Dawn Lake has trout! The owners also see sandhill cranes and kayak on both Dusk and Dawn Lakes. Firepit area is just off the front porch and is great for conversations, marshmallows or hot dogs and your favorite beverage. A pad has been cleared about halfway down the driveway for extra vehicles or RV and there is room in the electric box for future potential hookup. Enjoy endless hot showers and never run out of hot water again with the efficient on-demand hot water system!
