See more for additional full detailed remarks on this 11 plex. Great investment opportunity on this 11 plex located in downtown Fairbanks, needs some work but a little sweat equity will go a long way with the potential for high yields. Seller just got done installing a brand new $100,000 roof on (9-1-2026), heating upgrades and a fully remodeled unit. Out of the 11 units there are currently only 6 rented that bring in $5325.00 per month. out of the 4 studio units, 3 are already gutted and the 4th needs gutted. the one remaining 1 bedroom is ready to be put back together with doors and cabinets and tub on site. There are also 2 extra rooms in the basement that are not included in the 11 units. Show your creative side and turn this apartment building into a downtown investment property for the long term. At its current list price that is putting the property at just under $88.00 a sq/ft. What a Deal.
