About Gwen

I'm a REALTOR® based in Anchorage, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Anchorage, Eagle River, and the Mat-Su Valley. I relocated to Anchorage in 2019 and instantly fell in love with the culture, the land, and the incredible lifestyle Alaska offers. Exploring the outdoors is a huge part of who I am—whether it's hiking, kayaking, fishing, snowshoeing, or simply discovering new places. I’m also passionate about giving back to the community and have volunteered with the Food Bank of Alaska, building food boxes outdoors for families in need. I grew up with a hammer in my hand and have renovated and owned homes in multiple cities. That hands-on experience gives me a deep understanding of how homes work—from the foundation up. I've also served on the board of several Homeowner Associations, which helps me guide clients through the unique HOA guidelines that come with certain neighborhoods here. Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or selling a place you've loved for years, I’m here to make the process less overwhelming and much more clear.
