Sue McShane is a highly experienced real estate professional with more than 30 years in the industry, offering clients a level of care and professional dedication that sets her apart. As a Pennsylvania-licensed Associate Broker and certified Broker-Appraiser, Sue brings a comprehensive understanding of both residential and commercial real estate, including property management and real estate owned properties. Throughout her career, Sue has built a reputation for excellence. She previously served as an associate broker and manager of the Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate offices in Stroudsburg and Brodheadsville, where she led with both integrity and results. As a sales professional, she was a multi-million-dollar producer and earned prestigious recognition in the Sterling Society and International Diamond Society—awards reserved for top-performing agents within the Coldwell Banker network worldwide. Under her leadership, her office also received the Premier Office Award, recognizing outstanding per-person production.
