I'm often surprised at how much compromise is involved in the process, and how often the final outcome turns out better than the original plan. I first learned the value of good customer service working at the Marriott Hotel, where I learned that working closely with people was truly my calling. When I became part of the Sterling Society with Coldwell Banker my versatility with people flourished and grew.
