I am a full time broker with 30+ years of experience in the Mid-Valley in Oregon. My primary goal is to help people get what they want in terms of real estate. Sometimes that involves listening and asking questions and sometimes my buyer clients have a clear idea of what they want. Then my goal becomes achieving those wishes through showing properties with a critical eye towards potential condition issues. then contract negotiations including inspections requested, and finally financing options to make the path to home ownership as stress free as possible. For sellers I offer advice to make their home as desirable and marketable as possible. I look forward to working with you.
