As a licensed REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty, I value professionalism, integrity and providing excellent customer service. I've been involved in real estate in some form since 1980, including experience in mortgage lending, servicing and consulting. My clients appreciate my perspective and understanding of the mortgage lending process. I work with all home buyers, whether you're a first time buyer, expanding family, downsizing or purchasing a second home, or looking for your next investment. I market for a wide variety of properties spanning from mobile homes and new construction to luxury real estate and any price point between! I work tirelessly to ensure my clients' success, and have even been told that I \"wear a cape.\" While I do not have super powers, I do like to find creative solutions to help my clients with their home buying and selling goals. My radius spans as far as I remain knowledgeable about the area so I can keep my promise of providing the best service possible. When I'm not working, I'm busy staying involved in volunteer and community organizations around Athens and Oconee. I'm an active member of the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce, where I recently received recognition for Volunteer of the Year. While I cheer for the UGA DAWGS, I'm also a huge fan of my actual dog, Ninja the Diva Dog (some might even say a little obsessed!) If you're a dog lover too, I would love to share photos! I'm a world traveler, a collector, and a fashionista.
