I am down to earth and a businessman who just happened to choose Real Estate as my business.
A military veteran, my business evolution began while serving in the Army (Captain). Fundamentals such as; task, resource and time management served me well as our family purchased 3 area hotels and operated them with my wife. Still married, after 35 years and 28-year-old twins; hotel management matured my business demeanor, with the art of listening, problem solving and focusing on the priorities of families as they placed their confidence with us for their annual vacations.
Community service is very rewarding for me, especially engaging the students of my Kiwanis sponsored "Builders Club" at Toano Middle School which keeps this old man grounded, sitting on the Board of Directors for Williamsburg Meals on Wheels, Salvation Army and socially enjoying my Microtour golf group which has been around for 20 years with 60 members.
In addition to the Coldwell Banker Traditions training and marketing platform, having a Realtor, you feel comfortable with goes a long way.

Steve listens and asks good questions. He really knows this area and located homes that fit our requirements for us to review. He has a ton of energy and worked very hard. I recommend Steve to everyone and would never think of using anyone else!!

I can not say enough about Steve. He is the only realtor my husband and I use. We have purchased small run down foreclosures as investment properties, as well as more recently the purchase our dream home on the York River. Steve gave great advise on the sell of our previous 20 years old home and negotiated the price that we were expecting. Steve treats each transaction as if it were a multi-million dollar contract. Steve was very helpful in my home buying process. Some realtors can be "pushy", but not Steve. He was not satisfied until I was, and worked very hard to get us both there. He was available any time i needed him, even working late into the night and on the weekends. Since this was my first home buying experience, naturally I had many questions. Steve was very patient and understanding through this, and I commend him for that as I can be rather picky at times. His responsiveness was top notch, and he communicates very well. I would recommend Steve 100% and will be using him again in a few years for my next home purchase. If you are in the market to buy or sell, don't hesitate to call Steve!
