Nermin was super flexible working with us on our cross-country move! We were unable to make a trip out to visit, so Nermin visited properties on our behalf taking videos, pictures, and even FaceTiming us to do live walk-throughs. When we decided on a home, she also made the time to attend the inspection so she could share feedback about the home with us. She was patient with us as we asked numerous questions about the purchasing process in PA and worked on our behalf to find a UST inspector when we discovered an oil tank on the property we were buying. Nermin went above and beyond for us and we couldn't have asked for a better partner in our move!

Honestly, Nermin is hands down one of the best if not the best real estate agent in NEPA. Very friendly and personable. She was incredibly proactive searching for listings that met our requirements. From start to finish, Nermin was there for us. She was determined and flexible in showing us house after house. Even in a pandemic, she gets the job done!

Nermin was great and a trooper. We drove around for 8 hours in 1 day looking at around 10 houses. And then when the offer we made fell through she trucked through some more days to find us the house we were looking for. She managed to find us a listing that wasn't listed yet publicly and allowed us to get first dibs on it.
