Jeff did a great job at selling our property. He was very knowledgeable about the area and knew the home would sell quickly. He was right. From start to closing was 1 1/2 months. Since I live out of the area I had to put my trust in him and he did not disappoint! I would highly recommend Jeff if you are selling in this area.

Our family is in the process of relocating to the area from the Southwest part of the country and we were referred to Jeff. Jeff did a good job helping us market our home in a buyer's market. He gave us ideas on what we could do to better be able to sell our home. He kept us informed when showings were scheduled and always answered our texts in a timely manner. The one criticism I have is that there was a barn on our property that was supposed to be a separate negotiation. When the deal went down, this was included in the buyers price. We had to take this in the deal and lost some money because of it. He had it noted twice in the MLS listing, but the buyer's agent either ignored it or failed to make this known to the buyers. We think he should have personally informed the agent when the showing was scheduled that this was to be a separate negotiation.

Jeff takes his profession very seriously. I was just checking the blocks below and everything positive applies to how he works with buyers and sellers. When there's something happening, you never need to wonder where you are in the process. He's right on top of it, & keeping in touch every step of the way.
