Shelly was absolutely wonderful to work with! We were buying a house while living in another state, which is challenging, but Shelly made it as easy as possible. She spent hours on the phone with me months before we were actively looking helping me to understand the local market, and did not hesitate to give me candid advice from her many years of experience. I made one trip out and Shelly dedicated several days to showing me everything on the market, answering lots of questions, and walking me through all of the various documents that would come into play when we found a house. Shelly toured several more houses for us on FaceTime before we found the right one. She handled everything on the ground to get us from offer to closing, and even surprised us with a wonderful welcome basket at the house. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. We highly recommend Shelly!

Rachelle Wilkinson helped me find a home that fit my wants and needs. She was able to do this within my budget. She took time to send me emails on only the homes that fit my descriptions and not other homes out of my price range or totally different from what I want. She was able to help me through all the phases of home buying. When I just had general questions on how to start to look and what i neeeded she took time to show me what i needed and even after purchasing a home she is available for any questions i have. She goes over and beyond, i recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
