Absolutely recommend this A team! I needed extra TLC while purchasing a home from out of state. They treated me like a VIP and guided me through every step. First off, finding the right place and giving me a walk-thru video since I couldn't be there was such a huge help! Then, they hooked me up with excellent people there in town to for everything from the loan, inspection, title signing, and repairs. They even helped me out by handing over the keys to my friend in town! I couldn't have had a smoother transaction! Thanks ya'll!

Working with Robert and April was great. They know their market and were able to help me maneuver the sale of a difficult property. Robert was more than a blessing for us. We came to visit Casper for a possible job relocation and Robert showed us 6 or 7 houses that weekend. We weren't sure we were even moving yet. His knowledge of the area was wonderful. That was in October of 2019. He stayed in contact as we went back home and never hesitated to send us new listings we might be interested in. We then moved in December 2019, Robert was there every step of the way. We looked at several houses that we liked but none felt like home. Robert was understanding, new what we both wanted and what requirements needed to be met in the property for us to buy. In February he had found the house for us to look at again. We took our time and the house was exactly what we needed. Robert and his wife made the process very easy from submitting the offer to the inspections and then negotiations. The closing was a breeze. We will always use Robert for any and all our future realtor needs if or when they arise.

Where to start at beginning of the new year the wife and I decided we wanted to down size so we contacted Robert. We were all over the place looking at half a million dollar houses on the East side to hundred thousand dollar condos. He was very patient with us and a drop off a hat he would show us a property we wanted to see even though it wasn't what we looking for. Team Johnson represented my family both buying and selling. On the buying side, they made things very easy by finding properties that fit our requirements and were relevant to our budget. During the inspection process they made some recommendations that were spot on and likely saved us money in the long run. On the selling side of things, our house was listed for slightly higher than we would have guessed, but obviously was competitively priced because it was only on the market for roughly a week. In the end, I highly recommend Team Johnson. They are easy to work with, have a great sense of humor, and are always responsive (including weekends).
