Based on my experience you would have to look long and far to find a more seasoned professional than Marcella Manuel. Marcella knows the Red Lodge market. She has efficiently navigated us through real estate purchases and sales there.
I think that a quality that defines Marcella, is her professionalism. We greatly appreciate the experiences that she brings to the table. She is a straight shooter and will not elevate unrealistic expectations. Marcella helped us sell a parcel of land that we had owned for years. We live out of state so Marcella handled all aspects of the sale, starting with tromping out in the snow to inspect the land. Marcella represented us in a very professional manner and made the extra effort to research a septic/drainage issue that arose during the listing.
