My wife and I have purchased and sold a house with in the past 5 years, in both cases we have used Patrick Merrill. He is very knowledgeable and a down to earth guy. My Mother has been in the hospital for some time, but I remember her mentioning him. He warmed her heart, made her mad and laugh and cry at the same time. He was going on vacation,but for her to call are text him if she needed him. She scolded him about it, saying he was to go on vacation,and not to expect to hear from her.
