With a passion for all things Outer Banks real estate and area knowledge accrued over 20+ years as an investor and manager of local real estate, I can provide you with all of the resources and information needed to BUY or SELL Outer Banks and Currituck mainland properties. In terms of accreditations and affiliations, I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, the Outer Banks Association of Realtors, Coldwell Banker A-Team and I hold a RSPS (Resort and Second Home Specialist) designation and hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation. I am also a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury agent. Originally from northern New Jersey, I relocated to the Outer Banks in 1990. One visit was all it took! I decided to make a lifestyle change and became a full time resident. I currently reside in Kitty Hawk with my husband and our son. Together we own and manage multiple properties including a commercial shopping mall, several long term rental properties, and we recently expanded in to the vacation rental side of the business. It seemed like the natural progression to get my Real Estate License. In 2010 I earned my NC Real Estate License and joined the group of Real Estate Professionals at Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty.
