About Laurie

Laurie Giardina moved from Long Island, New York to Leland North Carolina in May of 2018. Prior to her move she spent 20 years as a Chief Administrator for a New York State Public Authority. She developed her love for real estate after spending the last 4 years going to the different community sales events and walking through all the various models built by the builders in the area and learning what each builder and development has to offer. Laurie enjoys connecting with people, listening, and providing solutions for her clients whether buying or selling their home. Laurie has been married to her husband Jerry for 6 years. Between them, they share 2 daughters, 1 son, 4 granddaughters and 1 grandson. Since moving to Brunswick Forest, she enjoys taking her dogs on walks, riding her bicycle throughout the 3+ miles of trails, playing pickleball, exploring all of North Carolina and being close to the beach.
