About Buffy

My low-key approach to client service is “I provide, you decide”. My job is to dig for details and present you with options. You set the pace. Frequently my relationships with clients are full of laughter, even when there are challenges. Whether you’re buying or selling, client satisfaction is my top priority. Since moving our family to the Wilmington area from Cincinnati, OH in 2011 we’ve bought and/or sold SIX homes. I can truly empathize with the excitement and trials of every step of the process. The wisdom I’ve gained from personal and professional experience benefits my clients. I am the proud mother to two grown daughters who live together in Chicago. My husband and I are loved unconditionally by our four rescue dogs. We live in Brunswick Forest where we enjoy pickleball and playing euchre with friends.
