I have lived in Wilmington and the surrounding areas since 1992 and taught High School for 25 years in the area. It has proven to be great place to live with so much to offer. The convenience of living close to the many beaches, golf courses, or historic attractions is what makes the area so unique! I take a straight forward approach to Real Estate.
