About Tammy

Although only being licensed in Idaho for 5 years, Tammy Hall has been a Realtor in Montana since 1999, bringing over two decades of expertise and dedication to the real estate industry. Committed to continuous education and professional excellence, Tammy holds multiple prestigious designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Global Luxury Certification. In addition to real estate sales, Tammy is deeply involved in real estate education. She is an NAR Certified Instructor for the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) course, holds a GSI certification through the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA), and has attended multiple Instructor Development Workshops to further enhance her ability to mentor and educate fellow real estate professionals. Tammy is a member of the Montana Association of Realtors Professional Development and Communications committees as well as the Grievance and Tour committees for the local association. Tammy was recognized for their outstanding achievements with the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award in 2021. She has also completed the RRC Divorce Specialist course and participated in the RPR Train the trainer program, along with the NAR C2EX, Ignite Others and Fairhaven programs, reflecting her commitment to specialized knowledge and ethical real estate practices. Currently, Tammy is expanding her expertise by recently completing the Zoom Business Academy taught by Betsy Sabatini. With a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, Tammy brings a strong legal foundation to their real estate practice, providing clients with a well-rounded perspective on contracts, negotiations, and property transactions. Her extensive expertise, dedication to client success, and passion for real estate education has made her a trusted leader in the Montana real estate market. Tammy joined Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty as an Associate Broker in 2022.
