My name is Darren Miller. I am a native of North Idaho and love this great state. I live in the great city of Coeur d'Alene. I have three beautiful children, and an amazing wife. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, surfing lake CDA on our boat, camping, or just fixing up properties. After high school I joined the US Army with a plan to see more of the world. Once I returned home I started one of our many business'. I knew I loved to help others, but was unsure of the direct path I wanted to take. My wife and I have been buying and selling property for over 14 years and I decided to truly begin my real estate career as a professional in 2015. I finally knew how I wanted to help others. Having been through the process dozens of times, I knew how it felt to be in the other seat. I learned what the important characteristics of a great Realtor should be...experienced, honest, reliable, caring, assertive, responsive and patient. Darren is very professional and easy to work with. I always felt I knew where we were at in the process because of the communication. When we decided to list our house I communicated my needs in regards to wanting to sale our house quickly but I also did not want to drop below a certain price point. I could not be more happy with the outcome and will recommend Darren as often as I can.

This is the 3rd house I have bought and sold with Darren. To be frank Darren just gets it done. He got us asking price on our home we sold and below asking price on the home we sold. He answers his phone when you call and his communication skills are excellent. He is a realtor you want in your corner and he flat out gets things done.
