My personal interests are my family! I am so grateful to have three lovely daughters, one son-in-law (he is so great and starting to get it that he is an only son in my world) Bob, my perfect husband, and I have three perfect grandchildren. (4 yr old, 2 1/2 yr old and a 7 month old!) Bob and I have lots and lots of Grandparent lessons to dole out! I enjoy people watching. Assisting people in their personal growth is a boon to the world and helps my inner child.
Growing up on a small farm in Kalkaska County, I learned to make due and value the gifts Mother Nature endowed us with. I have been given the opportunity to grow through many personal experiences both on the farm and in the factory . Moving from Union hourly to Management, I have seen problems from both sides and understand the value of win-win situations.
As a member of G.R.O.W, I have attended meetings for the development of business in Grand Rapids. I volunteer for Catherine's Health Center a not for profit health center specializing in Diabetes patients. Susan G. Komen is a program I recently began volunteering with.
Working in vaired environments (from factory to office to management), I have always tried to follow Jaqueline Kennedy, The true test of grace, is the ability to make anyone feel comfortable. When you feel comfortable about your Realtor, you can trust them to assist you in finding the most suitable home.

Leigh was terrific. Wealth of knowledge. Very patient as we were not in a hurry. Ready to walk a property with us at the drop of a dime. We always felt she had our best interests in mind. Can't say enough how great it was to work with her. Too bad we don't plan on doing it all again anytime soon because it would be great to have her as a Realtor again.

We contacted Leigh on a Friday and Sunday we were looking at properties. After a friend found a 'for sale by owner' Leigh went to work and arranged for us to see the property and negotiated with the sellers so that everyone was served and we are new owners. Leigh was there for us at every twist and turn.

Leigh was a pleasure to work with. She made the process fun and matched her attitude to ours when we we were having trouble getting a bid accepted. (Optimistic). Leigh was very knowledgeable and answered most questions we had and brought in her husband when needed to answer the rest. Very good experience.

Leigh is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about getting you into a home that is right for you. She won't try to talk you into more than you can afford or lead you on with homes that are too expensive. Her positive and capable attitude is refreshing and encouraging. Leigh was wonderful to work with. We probably looked at 75+ houses and she always gave me honest opinions and never tried to push me into anything I didn't want. We often road along to open houses and house viewing together and gave me all the information I needed to know on the way. As a new home buyer, she really worked with me to know what was happening every step of the way. In the end she found me the place I call home.

Leigh was always responsive, prompt, and understanding with out many questions. Even while out of town, she went out of her way to attend to our needs. The compassion with which she treated my 92 year old mom (whose house was being sold) went beyond the realtor/client relationship. We really appreciate her.
