Michele Hass has been a Real Estate Professional for over forty years. Starting her career as a real estate salesperson, she soon developed her skills as a property manager and in doing so gained an extensive knowledge of the commercial side of the industry, as well as the rental market. Further honing her skills in real estate, she developed an understanding of residential market values and trends to be better able to serve her clients. In going further as a fully licensed real estate broker, she developed her talent to manage people. To further round off her depth of knowledge, she went on to obtain her license as an Insurance Broker. Well respected on both the local and citywide level, she was on the Board of Directors of the Bay Ridge-Bensonhurst Multiple Listing Services and while serving as its President, was instrumental in merging it with the Brooklyn MLS making it the third largest MLS in New York State. She currently serves as its Vice President. Throughout her career she has encountered and solved almost every real estate issue imaginable and overcome innumerable obstacles in helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate objectives. She, along with her team of agents, continues to enthusiastically assist their clients in attaining their real estate goals, whether they are just entering the market; or trading up or down, on a residential, commercial or investment level.
