Chris and his wife Kat live in the Upper East Side/East Harlem and enjoy everything New York City has to offer - especially the never-ending variety of restaurants, ethnic enclaves in neighboring Brooklyn & Queens, and traveling to nearby Long Island or Westchester to golf. Chris is very hands on, more so than other agents Iâve met/spoke to. The NYC market is a bit more complicated and has more nuances and rules than other parts of the country and he does a great job explaining how things work. I would definitely recommend him to a first timer or even someone more experienced as heâs quite organized. Donât be afraid to ask for his opinion or advice; he pulls on a wealth of experience to give you good context and information. Real estate is still an opaque industry and itâs good to have a friend on the inside as he can bring more insight than your own research and data alone.
