We bought a home through Nickie Olson with Coldwell Banker, but were not ready to move. We did not feel comfortable leaving the new house unlived in for the amount of time it was going to take us to arrive from out of state, so Nickie volunteered to leave one of her family cars in the driveway of new home, so it would appear that someone lived there. She also checked on the house a time or two in our absence. There were other instances where she went "above and beyond" what we felt most agemts would do. And of no lesser value, Nickie is a very nice person. We believe you will be very well served by choosing her as your agent.

I can't say enough good things about Nickie Olson. She helped navigate a very difficult purchase that involved a bank foreclosure, an auction company, and a closing company located in a north Alabama city - and it seemed that no one knew what the other was doing. Somehow, Nickie was able to get all resolved and after quite a trying time, closed the sale. Every time there was a stumbling block, she met the challenge. Every time I called her - which was often - she immediately responded. There was never a time that I didn't feel that Nickie had me high on her priority list. Everything she did was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Nickie to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property. There will never be a doubt in your mind that she is representing you well and has your best interest at heart. She is a prize!

Nickie was great from the beginning of my buying process to the end! She was so helpful with anything I needed. Most importantly to me, she helped me with things I didn't know I needed! I would highly recommend her! If I ever need a real estate agent again, she will be my first call.
