Brief Description Most realtors have different methods of doing business, so there will naturally be variations in how the client/customer is served. One thing, however, remains clear; real estate professionals will continue to to be an integral part of real estate transactions, and my goal is to be that professional for you, your family, friends and colleagues for years to come. Tom Wcislo's Real Estate Biography I started my Real Estate career in 1974, having passed the licensing exam in Harrisburg in late 1973, and gaining experience at several small suburban real estate companies. My best move, however, came in 1984 when I joined the #1 office in Conshohocken, Caparo Real Estate, Inc., and was mentored by my friend, the broker Harry Caparo, Jr. Over the course of the next several years, I was named "Agent of the Year", promoted to President of New Construction, obtained the designations ABR, GRI, and SRES, and was named to the Diamond Society for consecutive years. When the timing was right, the company joined the Coldwell Banker network, opened more city and suburban offices, and proceeded to dominate the local market. I honestly enjoy helping clients and customers achieve their dream through my years of experience as a Realtor, combined with the outstanding resources of Coldwell Banker Corporate, and the personal touch of Coldwell Banker Realty.
