About Adam

Adam Costa Coldwell Banker Realty of Wilmington. Just started my 6th year in the business. Prior to joining CB I spent several years as a recruiter and office manager for Keller Williams. I'm licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware. I specialize in first time buyers/sellers but I do a bit of everything from Kent county DE all the way up to Montgomery county Pennsylvania. I reside in North Wilmington with my wife, April and son, Wyatt. I am a very dedicated angler and go by the handle "Mr. Reeltor." I'm also a motorsports enthusiast and I hold a charity car show at a firehouse in my hometown each year called Tires and Fires where I adopt families in need for the holidays. I chose CB because Joe showed me a lot of exciting new tools to grow my business and I was ready to take my business to the next level with a powerhouse like CB.
