About Julian

Julian Nazario, a valuable part of the PICK PINA GROUP, has been a real estate sales associate since 2013 with Coldwell Banker Realty. Julian achieved the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award- Gold Level for 2020, 2022, 2023, and Silver Level for 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2024. Julian is known to his clients as a dedicated real estate professional who goes above for his clients during every stage of the home buying and selling process. Julian is an expert negotiator and a master in problem solving. He gets the transaction to sold which allows his clients to fulfill their goal. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Quinnipiac University and is a graduate from The American School of Business. With his passion to help others, Julian is also a volunteer firefighter.
