Her uncle was a manager of the large commercial construction оргаnization and she often visited his site projects. Amongst which were the city's permanent Circus building and granite massive underground Metro stations. At the age of 19 years old she came to Boston, MA to reunite with her extended family and grow new roots, starting anew in the New England's American homeland. She fell in love with the unique architecture of the Beantown. Her favorite hobby was taking long walks around the city's neighborhoods. Since the War in Ukraine broke out and her city and beloved country of birth was attached by Moscow's regime, the desire for placing people in homes of their dreams became even more important to her. Being homeless and devastated is not a surprize for her. in 2019 her Ellicott City house was in fire flames due to an electrical shortage and she rebuilt her Dream HOUSE from the foundation "ground zero." Her ultimate goal is to assist anyone who needs housing with the perfect home for their budget. "I will do whatever it takes for my clients." Marina is highly energetic, positive and creative person with excellent customer-oriented skills. At the age of 23 she established and operated a flower-arrangement business, was attending UMassBoston College of Arts and Science, while working as an Accountant for a medical billing firm. In 2006 she got married to Maryland's resident Dmitry, a grandson of the St Petersburg's/Russia architect/historian David Itkin. It was a love from the first sight and since then they reside in Ellicott City, MD raising two young musicians Maxim and Jacob and care for their Shih-Tzu pack of dogs. Marina and Dmitry's family business became Real Estate Investment and together they renovate houses for rent and for a flip resale. Marina and her husband have been investing in Real-Estate for over 20 years and she is very passionate about it. It was natural to become a licensed realtor Agent and offer her expertise to be helpful to her clientele. Her goal is to help as many people as possible to obtain their own homes as secure investments that make them happy and proud of owning a Real Estate property. Often times you can find her in the office after midnight analyzing deals, working on property documents for her clients or printing beautiful brochures for the open house. She is excited to be able to meet diverse interesting people of many trades and backgrounds, grow and learn intellectually and professionally with every transaction. You will appreciate her kind and friendly personality, great sense of humor and absolute dedication. She will be delighted to place you with the right home for the right price and leave you with a feeling of a special experience hiring her. She is devoted to her clients and she treats every transaction as it was her own deal, with detailed analysis and diligence. She hopes to find time to completely unplug few days a year from her busy schedule and electronic devices, because she takes her work laptop everywhere and works remotely from any vacations she takes. I want to be available and approachable for my clients whenever they need me. She balances her hobby of playing in the community theater "BHAT" and wishes to be able to read real literature books without falling asleep, to play real piano and sing as long as she could, to catch up on listening to the music. Marina loves outdoors and wishes to be able "finding clear nature sounds; so much of the mechanical noise pollutes our surroundings, it is challenging to be in the park and hear just pure sounds of the nature." She also hopes to train her dogs for new tricks and help at the pet shelters to save misfortunate animals. Marina invests her efforts into helping her sons to achieve what they strive for in life. She loves travelling and dreams of visiting Spain, Italy and Japan to examine there the unique architectural wonders and cultural amusements in greater detail. Hiring her for your or someone you know in the real-estate transactions will be a real positive experience that bring you success and satisfaction.
