Heather Gaskins COLDWELL BANKER REALTY Heather's longtime passion for real estate has brought her to her full time role as a Virginia licensed Realtor after two decades of working as a Non-Profit Development Professional. The same skill set she used to build programs and raise millions of dollars for the most esteemed organizations across the globe apply in her real estate practice, where she assists clients in the purchase, sale and rental of special homes. She graduated from Roanoke College in Salem, VA, where she was introduced to fundraising and continued on a path in the nonprofit world, working mainly for STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) programs. Heather and her husband have lived in the Northern Virginia area for 25+ years. As the mother of three very active children, she knows her way around all of the neighborhoods, schools, activities, and sports in our NOVA community.
