Alishia Richardson COLDWELL BANKER Alishia Richardson is a seasoned real estate professional who’s been satisfying the housing needs of her clients since 2018. She is licensed in DC, Virginia and Maryland, and highly knowledgeable of the various neighborhoods that make these areas so unique and desirable. While her experience sets her apart, Alishia is also appreciated for the critical thinking, excellent customer care, and keen attention to detail she brings to every client’s life-changing transaction. She understands the magnitude of buying and selling, plus works with those who are renting and relocating to ensure a smooth, satisfying process. “I’m fully dedicated to my clients’ needs and am always available to assist and answer questions during what can be an overwhelming time. My problem-solver mindset, customer service-driven approach, and result-oriented focus give me an edge in delivering successful outcomes to those who entrust me with their business.” Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Alishia received a BA in Spanish Literature from Spelman College, and an MA in International Education from New York University. She worked at NYU’s Office of Global Services assisting international/study abroad students, then moved to the DMV area to serve at the Kuwait Embassy’s Cultural Office where she acted as a liaison between the Ministry of Education in Kuwait and US universities. Since moving to the DMV area, Alishia has lived in Glover Park, DC, Suitland, MD, and presently, Alexandria, VA. She is a self-proclaimed foodie, lover of all things travel, and enjoys finding hidden gems in her local communities
