Bio When it comes to buying and selling real estate, it is so important in selecting the right Realtor, who is a professional with expertise, experience, and knowledge. For sellers, she has a marketing background that would benefit you in marketing of your property. Prior to entering real estate, she taught school for 5 years In Los Angeles. Returning to Honolulu, she worked as a Collection Manager in a dental office for over 8 years and spent the last 5 years in retail with her own Dress Boutique Shop. All these experiences gave her people skills, marketing, as well as a sales background. Marti comes from a background of 30 years in buying and selling of her own properties. She has been very successful with designing, building, remodeling, decorating and furnishing of her own homes in Waialae Iki, Hawaii Loa, Hawaii Kai, as well as in the North Shore. As a Realtor, Marti strives to be more knowledgeable in her profession. Over the years, she has earned her national designation of Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) aswell as of the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). She is a Previews Property Specialist, a designation for agents that sell million dollar plus properties. Over the years, she has received countless awards, including "Top Listor," "Top Quality,"{ and "Top Seller" Awards. Marti earned one of the highest and most difficult award statewide, "Aloha Aina Realtor's Choice for 2005." Marti was born in Honolulu. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University. Now, she resides with her husband, Bob and between them both, they have 6 children, Rhonda, David, Corey, Jason, Cooper, and Peyton. Marti does volunteer work with the community and serves on committees with the Symphony Ball and the Opera Ball in Honolulu . She also enjoys ballroom dancing, playing golf, boating, and traveling in her spare time.
