David received his real estate license in 2014. He has experience in rental property management, HOA management, and the operational side of new construction. With his background in both residential and commercial construction, David offers another angle to the home buying and selling process. David is a natural born competitor. In college he walked-on to the Indiana University football team and later earned a full-ride scholarship. This competitiveness shows up in his Real Estate career when he is negotiating on his clients behalf. His buyer's average closing price is 5% under the list price in a market where it's common for homes to sell above the asking price.

    After playing football, David did a deep dive into yoga to help his body recover. He received several yoga certifications and participated in multiple meditation retreats. This background allows David to help his clients manage their stress as they navigate some of the largest investment moves of their lives. He prides himself in clear and quick communication as well as his use of cutting-edge technology and applications. His goal is to make the journey of real estate accessible, clear, and enjoyable.

    In 2019 David received his Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification. While partnered with Zillow, David was awarded the "Best of Zillow Badge" which is given to the agents with the highest customer satisfaction.
