Adam Morrison came to real estate naturally, growing up as a member of a Colorado, "real estate family" that included a grandfather who built more than 20,000 homes in the area. A baseball scholarship brought him to Boca Raton, Florida, where he pitched for the Florida Atlantic University Owls and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication. After 12 years in Florida, Adam has moved back home to Denver.
Now a Coldwell Banker agent who holds a license in Colorado and South Florida, Adam proved himself a successful investor and realtor over the past six years, buying and selling residential real estate. "My business background allows me to connect with people from all walks of life," he says in reference to how he interacts with his current real estate customers, "and I pride myself on understanding my clients needs, helping them achieve their goals, and exceeding their expectations."
"If you're looking for an organized, responsive, communicative, and caring realtor who is going to work hard for you, I highly recommend Adam. Says one of his former clients. "He is professional, kind, detail oriented and very knowledgeable about the market."
Professionalism, communication, availability, market knowledge, and negotiation skills are the key tools Adam employs to service his clients. "Adam is a great agent who worked hard to find us exactly what we specified in our search criteria," says another satisfied customer. "He was always available and great to communicate with. I would recommend his services to anyone."
A resident of Denver and Fort Lauderdale, Adam enjoys golfing, boating, and traveling.
I look forward to helping you with all your real estate needs.
