About Kolleen

Kolleen’s interests in real estate began in the area of finance while working in Boston for First Financial Management Corporation which specialized in commercial real estate development. Her time there was spent with architects and designers on new construction and restoration projects. She developed a deeper interest in design, which led to her studies to the Boston Architectural College. While she continued her career focusing in residential design, the decision to step into real estate made for a natural transition where she is now in her 10th year as a real estate professional combining her knowledge of local markets and her broad understanding of home design. Her approach to real estate is both practical and passionate and she is highly devoted to serving her clients needs and works diligently to help them achieve their real estate goals by utilizing market data, strong negotiating skills and diligent communication. She has an in-depth knowledge of Boston, Greater Boston and MetroWest Neighborhoods, navigating the competitive markets effectively and is strongly dedicated to educating and guiding her clients through all aspects of the largest and most important investment of their lives.
