    Personal Background

    I have been in the Customer Service field for over 30 years. I started at the Bell Captains Desk at the Hotel Del Coronado in Coronado, CA in 1984. I assisted hotel guests with check in/check out and with tours of the area. I moved back to the Boston area and I worked for Kloss Video from 1985-1987 in the customer service department. In 1987, I started as a Customer Account Representative for Toyota Financial Services. I moved to Credit Analyst and then to the Customer Account Manager position. The most rewarding aspect of all of those positions was the fact that I could help people in all different ways and solve problems. My latest endeavor has been the most rewarding and the most fun, staying home with my 2 daughters. I am glad to show them another side of Mom, and I am grateful for the opporturnities that are in my future. I was Rookie of the year with the Leominster office in 2015. I look forward to serving the Leominster area and surrounding towns and to building new relationships with my associates and clients.

    • I have been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 2014. I have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years. I worked at the Hotel Del Coronado, Coronado, CA, at the Bell Captain/Concierge Desk. I have been in the customer service department at Kloss Video Corporation in Cambridge, MA. I have been in many customer service positions at Toyota Financial Services for over 14 years, including Customer Service Manager. Real Estate is my passion! I love what I do because I assist with one of the most important purchases a person could make: buying a home! I have gone through Skill Builder (40 hours of training) and AMP (Achieve Maximum Potential, 24 hours) and many courses at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. I have my certifications in Residential Certified Construction and Certified New Home Construction.
