Welcome! Real Estate is my full-time business and I LOVE what I do! I'm a Licensed Realtor specializing in first time homebuyers, sellers, downsizers. I'm also a Certified Relocation Specialist. I truly listen and tune in to what YOU want and need.
I vow honesty, trustworthiness, loyalty and hard work on behalf of all my clients. If I say I will do it, you can count on it. I try to respond quickly to clients inquiries and address their needs as soon as possible. I have built relationships within a large network of fellow realtors, which helps my transactions to be smoother and more cooperative.
I eagerly pursue continuing ed and and frequent Coldwell Banker training sessions to stay abreast of continual changes and revisions to Real Estate Law and local procedures .
Most importantly, I listen-really listen to my clients. If they say they want a 4 bedroom home, I will not show them 2 bedroom homes! If they don't want a certain area I will not waste their time by taking them to that area. Listening is critical to having a great working relationship with my clients.
