About Alison

Born and raised on the South Shore, Alison Estabrooks is a committed and caring real estate agent with a deep connection to the area. Alison draws on her background in business negotiation, marketing experience, and close ties to the community to help her clients find their dream homes. After graduating from Ithaca College with a business degree, Alison launched her career in product management, including positions at the crystal manufacturer Swarovski and the telecommunication company Nortel. Alison was introduced to the real estate world while working as a marketing consultant for a Massachusetts-based general contractor. Her experience with high-level real estate work--along with a lifelong love for design and home renovation--inspired her to pursue a career as a residential REALTOR®. Before earning her license, Alison completed training classes and built relationships with mentors, focusing on the client experience. She is professionally accredited by both the National and South Shore Associations of Realtors, and is a member of Coldwell Banker Realty. Since 2007, Alison has resided in Duxbury with her husband, Scott, and their three children. As an active member of the Duxbury PTA/PTO and the Duxbury Education Foundation (DEF), Alison is highly engaged in the community. She is eager to give her clients insights into life on the South Shore--from the locals' favorite hiking trails to the best beaches for catching sunsets. Outside of flipping homes and pursuing real estate leads, Alison's hobbies include organizing, gardening, skiing and water sports with her family. Alison represents a range of buyers and sellers, including first-time homeowners and families seeking to downsize. A clear communicator, keen listener, and detail-oriented professional, Alison is dedicated to providing the highest-quality real estate experience to each of her clients. Her thirst for knowledge keeps Alison engaged in learning and continuing to grow her knowledge base so she is poised to handle the ever changing word of real estate.
