About Derek

I'm proud to be a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Realty. I spent most of my life in Duluth and its surrounding areas, learning all of the unique places and attractions the area has to offer. My journey started in construction in 2015. Over the years, I've learned a wide variety of skills including new building and extensive remodeling projects. I began flipping houses in 2016 which lead to becoming a licensed General Contractor in MN. My passion for transforming properties sparked my interest in real estate especially as I began to realize the benefits of understanding two different sides of the business.
