Personal Background Having grown up in Minneapolis, Aaron prides himself on living and working in a diverse environment. After 10 years of dating, Aaron married his high school sweetheart. Aaron's wife, Kris, is an elementary school teacher. Together, they have 2 children. Although his family and real estate career come first, another of Aaron's passions is restoring run-down homes. Aaron bought his first project when he was only 23 for $37,000, then sold it 10 months later for twice that amount. Since then, Aaron has bought a many homes as investments. These experiences have made Aaron an expert at coaching people on which improvements are most profitable for home owners, as well as knowing a good price when he sees one.
