About Karen

Karen Grant is a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty. Based in the Harbor Country office, she serves communities throughout Southwest Michigan and Northwest Indiana. Before pursuing her dream of becoming a real estate agent, Karen spent over 13 years as the director of student services for a company she co-founded in Chicago. She also taught English in South America, immersing herself in a new culture and learning the language. Her love of travel and exploration has taken her to many places, including the suburbs and city of Chicago, Scottsdale, AZ, and Portland, OR. After a 15-year hiatus, Karen moved back to Chicago before settling in the cozy town of Lakeside, MI in Harbor Country. Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and rescue dog, exploring the natural beauty of the area by hiking through the dunes or enjoying summer days at the beach. She is a foster mom to little humans and dogs. She can always find time to get involved in her community. Since moving to Lakeside, she has been volunteering with a local organization serving the disadvantaged throughout Berrien County. Her career has been centered around customer service, dedication, and honesty, which she brings to every client interaction.
