About Irwin

Irwin Dammers is a Chicago native who has lived throughout the city and suburbs, from the Chicago Lakeshore to Lasalle County, and from Calumet to Racine, Wisconsin. He is a graduate of Roosevelt University, Chicago, with a Bachelor's of Science in Business with an emphasis in Marketing and Advertising. Having worked in sales and marketing the majority of his adult life, Irwin strives to serve his clients' interests by finding them the best fit for their current needs and beyond. Currently enjoying country living, Irwin sits on the board of directors of the local Town and Country Association where he actively works on several committees. As an avid motorcycle enthusiast, Irwin spends his free time riding the back roads of Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, & Michigan, from city to farm and river towns learning what each area has to offer. Irwin appreciates the variety and excitement of what living in the city or suburbs offers and spends time still exploring them. Over the past year, Irwin worked with rideshare companies as a driver while studying and obtaining his Real Estate Brokers License. He has witnessed the multitude of changes that have occurred over the past decades in Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. With his experience, knowledge of the region and Coldwell Banker's century of expertise in the Real Estate industry, Irwin will work diligently for you, assisting you in all of your real estate needs.
